Bioer DNA Markers

Basic Size Ladders for DNA Gels

The least expensive markers around

These DNA markers are conveniently provided with regular spacing of 50, 200, or 250 base pairs. There’s no need to interpolate non-linear rungs of a λ HindIII digest or suffer through other similarly archaic approaches. With Bioer DNA Markers, there’s plenty of each size fragment (50 ng per band) such that visualization with ethidium bromide, or safer dyes (like Midori Green and RedSafe, both available from Bulldog Bio) is crystal clear. Better yet, there’s always a single fragment at double the concentration (100 ng), so that orienting the ladder is intuitive. Because the loading dye is incorporated, simply load 5 µl into an agarose gel and you are ready to run.

A promise of oversight and control

The Bioer DNA markers are ISO9001 certified and made according to GMP standards, giving you the confidence to switch and start saving money. But what does this mean? GMP is an acronym for Good Manufacturing Practice, and is defined by a set of guidelines that must be used throughout manufacturing and quality assurance testing. These guidelines include documentation of testing and manufacturing procedures, in-process testing, and maintenance of historical records for all tests and production by batch. Though these common-sense guidelines seem simple, they require a highly trained and closely managed production team to be executed effectively. All Bioer products, whether instrument or reagent, undergo this rigorous testing and documentation.
