Deglycosylation of IgG in less than 30 min
Specifically remove oligosaccharides from the Fc region
IgGZERO® is a very efficient endoglycosidase with high specificity for most species and subclasses of IgG. The enzyme cleaves the chitobiose core of the glycan on IgG at amino acid Asn-297. Click here for an illustration of precise cleavage site. Because IgGZERO leaves the fucose intact, analysis of fucosylation, is possible, in case the GlcNAc is fucosylated. DeGlycIT spin columns further simplify the deglycosylation of IgG. The columns come prefilled with IgGZERO enzyme immobilized on agarose and are designed for deglycosylation from 0.5-100 mg IgG in as little as 15 minutes.
