Is analysis software included? | A1 | Yes, it is located on the included SD card. | |

Why is there only 1-channel for fluorescence? | A2 | No, the JuLi is designed to eliminate moving parts which would be susceptible to corrosion over time in the hot and humid environment of a cell culture chamber. Additional LEDs for different channels would require a moving shuttle.

How long does the JuLi need to be in an incubator before I can start using it? | A5 | We recommend that you turn on the JuLi 30-60 mintutes before use to allow the system to equillibrate. Otherwise images may start to black-out due to condensation on the mirror delivering the image. In addition, smaller incubators may see a short term rise in temperature when the JuLi is on as it does put it out heat so you may need time for your incubator to equillibrate
