Q1	How does one perform a control reaction for the Revoscript Kit?		A1	The way to do a control is to add distilled water (10 of the 20µl) to one tube and incubate at 95 degrees for 5 minutes to inactivate the RTase and assure you won't get any cDNA before adding your components using the final 10µl.
