This one-tube reverse transcription premix contains everything you need for identifying a target mRNA including the tube itself. Just add template and primers specific for your target gene or RNA, load into a thermal cycler and your product will be ready to analyze within 2 hours. The loading buffer is also in the premix reaction, so electrophoresis is as simple as load-and-go. Maxime RT-PCR utilizes OptiScript reverse transcriptase for the RT phase of the reaction. This enzyme cocktail has many of the benefits of MMLV and AMV reverse transcriptases. And for the PCR phase, iStarTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerase promises no amplification promiscuity during the lower temperature
