All amino acids and reagents for screening
These yeast growth media packages have been specially assembled to give you an easy start to screening using our DUALmembrane, DUALhunter and DUALhybrid yeast-based screening kits. To complete a full screen, including analysis of prey clones, you need both the media package 1 and the media package 2.
Media package 1
The media package 1 contains all growth media to perform up to five DUALmembrane, DUALhunter or DUALhybrid screens. Sufficient reagents are provided to take you up to the library screening and clone picking stage.
Media package 2
The media package 2 contains all growth media to perform prey analysis of up to 100 preys resulting from a screen, including bait dependency / confirmation assays.
