Yeast Two-Hybrid Kits
Powerful in vivo screening system to identify novel protein interactions
Building upon the ground-breaking yeast two-hybrid technique developed in the 1990's, these elegant systems mitigate the inherent drawbacks while maximizing relevant interactions. Dualsystem kits now allow probe interactions with membrane proteins by using the DUALmembrane systems. While self-activating transcription factors no longer pose a problem for the DUALhunter systems. Both the DUALmembrane and DUALhunter systems are capable of detecting transient as well as stable interactions. Most important, all systems can be purchased with normalized cDNA libraries so that irrelevant interactions are greatly ameliorated, increasing your chances of finding even weak interactors.
More than 60 publications in peer reviewed journals show the high impact of these technologies.
