Q1 – What are the buffer differences between the lyophilized and “in solution” forms of PNGase F PRIME?
The “in solution” forms of PNGase F PRIME (NZPP010, NZPP050, NZPP550) are supplied in 1x PBS. The lyophilized versions (cat# NZPP010LY, NZPP050LY, NZPP550LY, NZPULT10LY) are dried down in Tris-HCl/NaCl.

Q2 – How should I reconstitute the lyophilized versions of PNGase F RPIME?
Each tube of the standard lyophilized version (cat# NZPP010LY, NZPP050LY, NZPP550LY) should be resuspended in deionized water. For example, resuspending in 50 µL results in 1,000 unit/µL of  PNGase activity at a 20mM Tris-HCl/50mM NaCl concentration.

A tube of the ULTRA lyophilized version (cat# NZPULT10LY) should be resuspended in deionized water. For example, resuspending this low salt version in 50 µL results in 1,000 unit/µL of  PNGase activity at a 5mM Tris-HCl/12.5 mM NaCl concentration.

Q3 – What is the difference between PNGase F PRIME-LY and PRIME-LY ULTRA?
ULTRA is lyophilized at 1/4 the salt concentration allowing for fine structure Mass Spec Imaging.
