These disease model Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) have been programmed to exhibit maximum pluripotency and stability for your downstream differentiations.

Using a proprietary method that leverages episomal DNA and small molecule inhibitors, these robust iPSC colonies exhibit no karyotypic abnormalities following initial reprogramming.  Cells were programmed using a single transfection step in the absence of proto-oncogenes c-Myc and Lin28 to minimize downstream safety risks for researchers and therapeutic developers.


We offer seven different disease model iPSCs.   All iPSCs are free of Mycoplasma and exhibit classical morphology and growth characteristics. They are also validated for pluripotency based on colony morphology, alkaline phosphatase staining, and expression of SSEA-4.
