Take these tablets with your favorite running buffer
Just add one tablet to 50 mL of gel running buffer and heat—the result is a 1% agarose gel. It’s that simple. With our FastGene Agarose Tablets there’s no powder to weigh and no mess to make! This molecular biology grade, low EEO agarose is easy to dissolve and rapidly gels. The purity of these tablets makes gels with excellent transparency and low background signals; they are suitable for the rapid separation of DNA and RNA fragments, as well as PCR products and plasmid DNA. High gel strength allows you to use gel concentrations from 0.75% – 2%. Blotting experiments will run perfectly, and separation efficiency up to 23 kb is guaranteed. Every batch of these agarose pills is tested with different-sized DNA fragments, and the background fluorescence is measured with Ethidium Bromide or non-toxic stains to assure the cleanest signals.
