FastGene PROBE One Step Mixes were developed for the rapid detection of multiple expressed genes using multiplex qPCR directly from RNA. PROBE One Step mixes are compatible with fluorophore/quencher probe-style assays that are detected by 5´to 3´ exonuclease activity and can replace any commercial probe-based qPCR mixture.
Both the enzyme and the buffer were specifically optimized for remarkable efficiency – ensuring near-perfect performance for both the reverse transcription and the amplification reaction phases. Your lab can expect these kits to deliver high sensitivity so that even low copy genes are detected. From low-copy to high-copy RNA targets, reproducible results are the rule with FastGene PROBE One Step Mixes – even for GC- and AT-rich templates. The proprietary buffer enables faster reaction times (including a 10 min RT step) allowing more runs in a typical workday, and without the worry of variable results.
Use as either high ROX (500 nM) or low ROX (50 nM) with included separate ROX stock solution. The FastGene PROBE One Step Mix is compatible with nearly every qPCR instrument on the market. Here are some common experiments that can be performed with FastGene PROBE One Step Mixes:
