The HTSphere Plate is a transparent hydrogel insert that fits within each well of a 96-well plate. Each insert is designed to grow an array of 12 spheroids or organoids. Each cell cluster will develop to a set and uniform size. These hydrogel inserts can combine ECM integration and drug testing followed by spheroid formation within a 96-well plate environment. The spheroids can be used for various downstream analyses either within the plate or after extracting the spheroids from the plate insert. The insert is compatible with standard laboratory imaging equipment making it perfectly suited for a wide range of experiments.

Uniquely compatible with many assays and experiments
One defining trait of an HTSphere Plate is its flexible use and its ease of performing downstream analyses — either in the cell culture plate or directly on the hydrogel matrix. It is a snap to image spheroids in situ allowing for rapid and precise IHC analysis.
