MR1005 – Human Lung Cancer Associated Fibroblast Expansion Media, 450 ml

Lung cancer-associated fibroblast expansion media is designed to support the robust growth of LCAF cells. Base Media is compatible with available animal-origin serum, supplemented separately according to the customer preference. This base media is transfection-compatible with available transfection reagents and promotes vigorous growth while maintaining high cell viability at high cell densities.

Base media requires the addition of (i) a high-quality or fully defined Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) and (ii) an antibiotic/antimycotic (recommended) solution to be considered a complete media that is ready for use.
