Reliably place cells in a deep freeze

The NepaGene Benchtop Programmable Freezer uses “Stirling cooling” technology for controlled freezing and storage of cultured cells.  The system is compatible with cryovials (up to 73), blood/cell culture bags and straws with our optional freezing blocks.

A simple touchscreen interface allows for the cryopreservation of cells without the use of refrigerants such as liquid nitrogen or isopropanol.

Create custom temperature profiles to improve performance by choosing the optimal freezing rates for any cell type. The NepaGene Freezer gives the option from from -1°C/min up to -3°C/min freezing rates.

For labs with record keeping requirements, temperature data logging and graphing are exportable as CSV data using a USB memory. The systems comes standard with sample and freezing block temperature measurement functions that enable easy data management and temperature monitoring.

And because no PC is required, this compact freezer can move from the cell culture room to a convenient location in any lab.

The NepaGene Benchtop Programmable Freeze is compatible with cryovials (up to 73 x 2.0ml), blood/cell culture bags (25 x 25ml) and straws (20 x 0.25ml  14 x or 0.5ml) with our optional freezing blocks.
